CAMPAIGNS AND OFFERS CONDITIONS

Gazela Lunática - Sociedade Unipessoal Limitada, hereinafter SHUZ for barefoot lovers, reserves the right to carry out promotional campaigns on dates it deems relevant, which may be changed whenever necessary.

All selected items that are part of campaigns/offers are available for sale on the website and/or in the physical store. However, there may be extraordinary situations over which we have no full control and which may prevent us from fulfilling an order. Therefore, a sales agreement between a registered user (consumer) and the seller (SHUZ for barefoot lovers) only begins after the former has received an email message confirming the dispatch of the respective order.

If the item(s) are out of stock, SHUZ for barefoot lovers undertakes to inform the customer and refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of knowledge of such unavailability and respective request by the customer.

In the event of a refund request for an item purchased at a reduced price, due to an offer/campaign, SHUZ for barefoot lovers will always refund the amount actually paid by the customer and not the full amount.

SHUZ for barefoot lovers is not responsible for the fact that a customer may have previously purchased and at a higher price, a product that is now part of an offer/campaign.

During the campaign period, shipments may exceptionally be delayed due to the increase in the number of orders during this period. If you feel that too much time has passed between payment confirmation and shipping confirmation, please contact us at: ola@shuz.pt.

STOCK OFF

The STOCK OFF area is an area of ​​the website exclusively for items that are out of stock and will be discontinued. These are items from previous collections and there is usually a limited number of sizes, as they are the last sizes. Items that are in STOCK OFF cannot be returned or exchanged.

PROMOTIONS UP TO -50% DISCOUNT

Campaign running in physical stores and online stores. Valid until December 31, 2024.

PROMOCODES

These are promotional codes to be entered in the final payment phase of an order, which give you a discount on the final price of the order.

This discount varies from campaign to campaign. You can only use one code per order.

Promocodes cannot be combined with other promocodes or campaigns and have a fixed validity period, so it is recommended that you check the conditions of the offer.
