ORDER FORMALIZATION

  1. Add the products you want to the cart or schedule a service.

When you've finished choosing, click on the shopping cart to see the list of products you've selected. It's always accessible in the top right-hand corner.
During the process, you can delete products from the cart or modify the quantity.

  1. Select the payment method that suits you best.

MBWAY, Multibanco, Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Bank Transfer.

  1. Receive your order within 48-72 hours.

It will be at your home within 48 to 72 hours after order processing, if you live in mainland Portugal. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped the next business day or, in case of force majeure, on the second business day. Shipments to the islands of Madeira and the Azores will take longer to arrive (estimated delivery time 7 to 15 days).

PRE-SALE ADMISSION

These orders have a longer shipping time, so they will only be shipped when the goods arrive at our facilities. The waiting time varies, and may range from 7 to 45 days, depending on the supplier's availability and the time of year.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free

You just have to make a purchase over €50 (shipping to DPD pickup point - Mainland Portugal) or collect your order at our physical store in Lisbon (Rua Augusto Costa 10A 1500-064 Lisbon).

Mainland Portugal

Orders are sent by courier. We work with DPD (home delivery or delivery to a pickup point). The order transit time is 48h to 72h. Orders that benefit from free shipping are sent to a pickup point near your home. If you want the order to be sent to your home, you can choose this option for an additional payment of €2.99.

Peninsular Portugal (Madeira and Azores)

We only send orders up to 2kg to the islands, via CTT Registered Mail. Shipping costs are fixed at €6.90.

Mainland Portugal

Your order will arrive within 48-72 hours at your home or at a delivery point.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
