GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
ORDER FORMALIZATION
- Add the products you want to the cart or schedule a service.
When you've finished choosing, click on the cart to see the list of products you selected. It is always accessible at the top right.
During the process, you can delete products from the cart or modify the quantity.
- Select the payment method that suits you best.
MBWAY, ATM, Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Bank transfer.
- Receive your order within 48-72 hours.
It will be at your home within 48h to 72h, after processing the order, if you reside in mainland Portugal. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on the next business day or, in case of force majeure, on the second business day. Shipments to the islands of Madeira and the Azores will take longer to arrive (delivery estimate 7 to 15 days).
PRE-SALE MEMBERSHIP
These orders have a longer shipping time, so they will only be shipped when the merchandise arrives at our facilities. The waiting time is variable, so it can range from 7 to 45 days, depending on the supplier's availability and the time of year.
SHIPPING COSTS
Free
You just have to make a purchase over €80 (Portugal Continental) or collect your order in our showroom (Venda Nova, Amadora). Don't forget to book your visit!
Continental Portugal
Orders are sent by a carrier of your choice. We work with DPD (home delivery or pickup point delivery). Order transit time is 24h to 48h.
Peninsular Portugal (Madeira and Azores)
We only send orders weighing up to 2kg to the islands, via CTT Registered Mail. Shipping costs have a fixed value of €6.90.
DEADLINE
Continental Portugal
Your order will arrive between 48h-74h at your home or to a point
pickup, after order processing. Delays may arise as there is only one pair of hands working in the store.
Peninsular Portugal (Madeira and Azores)
Shipments to the islands of Madeira and the Azores take place by sea, so they will take longer to arrive (delivery estimate of 7 to 15 days).
Survey on premises
In this modality, delivery may take longer, as it depends on the availability of time to schedule a visit to the showroom.
We expect delivery within 2 to 3 days.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

We do everything we can to ensure you are completely satisfied with your

Products must be in perfect condition, without signs of use and with the original packaging intact so that we can accept the return. If the product is sealed with plastic, it cannot be removed.
Shoes and clothing must not have signs of use, have been washed or have their tags or original packaging removed. -
The order value will be refunded using the same method you made the payment or another previously agreed upon, by both parties, up to 14 days after the return. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded. In relation to the return of the order, you will have to bear the
sending it. You can choose the shipping method, but you must ensure that the product reaches us so that we can refund the order value. - If any product has suffered transport damage or has a manufacturing defect, the return and new delivery costs will be borne by us.

If you want to exchange a product, the first exchange is free.
In other words, you pay for the return of the product but you do not pay for the new shipping.

If you want to exchange more than one product, but you have already made an exchange, the return and exchange of the product(s) will be borne by you.
Remember: from the second exchange onwards, all shipping or
return of the merchandise will be borne by you. -
In case of partial return of an order, if the value of the item(s)
unreturned product(s) do not meet the minimum required for
maintenance of promotional campaigns, discounts or free shipping costs, an adjustment will be made to the amount to be returned due to the termination of previously enjoyed benefits. - Products purchased in pre-sale cannot be returned. Only exchanges will be made.
- Products purchased out of stock cannot be returned or exchanged.
