📦 HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

  1. Choose your favorite products and add them to your cart (or select a service, if applicable).

  2. When you're finished, click on the shopping cart (always visible in the upper right corner) to see everything you've selected.

  3. You can adjust quantities or delete products at will — total barefoot freedom.

  4. Choose the payment method that suits you best: ATM, Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, or Bank Transfer.

  5. Now all you have to do is wait: your order will arrive within 48 to 72 hours (in mainland Portugal), after the order has been processed.

⚠️ Orders placed on weekends will only be processed on Monday (or the second business day if it's a holiday).
📦 Orders to Madeira and the Azores take a little longer — between 7 and 15 days , depending on sea conditions and the shipping company.

Pre-ordered products are shipped as soon as they arrive in our possession.
The waiting time can vary from 7 to 45 days , depending on the supplier, the time of year… and the patience of the universe.

🇵🇹 Mainland Portugal

  • We ship via DPD , to a pickup point or your home. For orders under R$90, we charge R$3.99 for pickup point delivery. If you prefer delivery directly to your home instead of pickup points, the cost is €4.99 (including the carbon tax that's now everywhere). 🚚💨

  • Orders with free shipping are only sent to a pickup point near your address. Prefer home delivery? No problem — there's an extra fee of R$ 2.99.

🌊 Madeira and Azores

  • We only ship orders up to 2kg via CTT Registered Mail .

  • The flat shipping cost is €8 . Delivery time is longer (7 to 15 days).

⏱️ DELIVERY TIME

  • Mainland Portugal : 48 to 72 business hours (starting from processing).

  • Islands : 7 to 15 business days.

  • In-store pickup : may take 2 to 3 days, depending on store hours.

Remember that SHUZ products are handmade with love, and we don't have a logistics team. If there are any delays, we promise to let you know!

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We know you'll love it, but if you happen to change your mind...

  1. You have 14 days to return the product (Decree-Law No. 24/2014, art. 10), starting from the date of receipt.

  2. If the product arrived defective or was damaged in transit, notify us immediately — you have 3 days to do so.

  3. Simply send an email to ola@shuz.pt with your return request.

How should the products arrive?

  • In perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging intact.

  • No ripped-off labels, dirty soles, or damaged packaging.

  • Products sealed in plastic should not be opened.

Reimbursement

  • We will refund you using the same payment method (or another agreed-upon method) within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable , and if you apply for free shipping, you will lose your eligibility. The amount previously paid will be deducted from the order total.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Use whichever method you prefer, but make sure the article reaches us.

Defective products?

  • If the problem lies with the shipping company or the factory, we will cover the return shipping costs plus the new shipping cost.

Exchanges

  • The first exchange is free : you only pay for the return shipping to us, we'll take care of the new shipping.

  • If you want to exchange multiple products, send them all together in the same shipment.

  • From the second exchange onwards, all shipping costs are your responsibility.

What if I only return part of the order?

  • If, after returning the item, you no longer meet the minimum requirements for campaigns, discounts, or free shipping, we'll adjust the refund amount—no cheating! 😉

NOTE: We do not accept exchanges or returns of socks that are not sealed.

Pre-order and stock clearance

  • Pre-order items : of course, you have the right to return them within 14 days of receiving them, as with any online purchase. However, if you need to exchange the size, we will gladly do so — provided there is stock available at the time.

  • Off-stock items : these are unique opportunities with special discounts. However, by law, you have 14 days to return them, provided the item is in the same condition as when it was sent: unused, with tags and original packaging intact. Exchanges are not guaranteed, as available sizes are limited.

🧾 Individual orders (items not in stock)

If you wish to order an item that is not in stock (for example, specific models, sizes, or colors that we order from the supplier just for you), we require a deposit at the time of booking .

This amount serves as a commitment and helps us ensure that the item will actually be ordered.

💸 The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation , unless the product becomes unavailable from the supplier or there is another reason attributable to SHUZ.

We do this to avoid situations where we order products that are later not picked up or paid for — and we end up with orphaned pairs waiting for adoption. 👣💔
