📦 I want my order shipped to a DPD Pickup point. How do I choose the point?
Actually, you don't get to choose. After you complete your purchase, we choose the pickup point closest to the address you provided. We're trying to find a solution, but we don't yet have one that allows you to make that choice. NOTE: If you prefer a specific location, just indicate that in the order notes. 😉

⏳ How long does it take to arrive?
Orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
If there are any special situations (such as pre-sales or stock shortages), we always give advance notice.

🔁 Can I exchange or return an item?
Of course you can! You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to do so. The items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
To begin the process, simply contact us via email or message.
Note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

🦶 Are your shoes really barefoot?
Yes! All the models we sell follow the principles of barefoot footwear: thin and flexible sole, zero drop, anatomical shape, and total freedom for the toes. However, we are also focusing on footshaped models for those who are beginning the transition to barefoot footwear or have a condition that requires an anatomical toe cap and/or some drop.
If you're not barefoot or foot-shaped, you're not at SHUZ. 😉

📏 How do I choose the right size?
Each brand has its own sizing guide, so it's really important to measure your foot before buying.
On each product page you will find a guide to choosing the ideal size.

🌍 Do you ship outside of Portugal?
Yes, we ship to several countries in Europe. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination — you can see all the details at checkout before completing your purchase.
